Medicine and astrology have enjoyed a long history together, and no where is that more obvious than the herbal tradition of medicine. In this lecture we’ll explore the philosophical framework that connects heaven and earth, allowing the plant allies and herbal medicines we take to be imbued by celestial power, methods astrologers can use to strengthen these connections, and then wrapping up with a small survey of plant-planet relationships.
